Many teens who have aged out of Foster Care face challenges, needing help on an emergency basis.
PEARLS and EAGLES Court staff stay connected to alumni of the program. Often, the alumni reach out for support. Sometimes, that support reflects an emergency situation. When appropriate, PEARLS Foundation offers the following limited assistance to address emergencies:
If an alumnus is in crisis and needs groceries, PEARLS Foundation will provide funding for stop gap groceries, with the oversight of PEARLS/EAGLES courts staff.
If an alumnus is in crisis and needs internet service to continue schooling or job searching, PEARLS Foundation will provide funding for stop gap internet services, with the oversight of PEARLS/EAGLES courts staff.
If an alumnus is in crisis and needs transportation, PEARLS Foundation will provide funding for stop gap transportation services, with the oversight of PEARLS/EAGLES courts staff.
